My Mid-40's Challenge

I'm a 45-year-old happily married mother of three. I have always had weight issues and it seems that my whole life has been one big diet. Fortunately, I have not become obese, as my mother was, but definitely have been on the pudgy side more than the skinny side. Looking forward to trying this.......

great job!!!

i started on sunday so i've completed three days of videos. i ran on sunday since i knew i wouldn't be able to do cardio on friday. i took a loooong walk on monday, and then i did 30 minutes of cardio videos at home last night.

tonight? i plan on going for a run on the bike trail and then completing the day 4 video.

sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. are you still interested in doing the bootcamp? we can check in with each other on here!

we'll just need to send each other a message or write on each other's pages once a day after you do the video and/or cardio. the program is set up to do the video every day and the 30-60 minutes of cardio 5 of 7 days a week. i just finished the video 1 and ran earlier this morning! i did cardio today since i know i won't be able to do it on friday.

anyway, the bootcamp starts today so hopefully you get this message in time if you're still interested!

Thanks for the encouragement, I'll have to make sure It doesn't become a habit!!! I've been doing the Insanity dvds for the past 2 weeks, boy they are tough but I am seeing results emoticon
