My Goals:
My goal is to get healthier, regain my energy, fit comfortably into my clothes so that I can enjoy life to its fullest.

Specifically,
1) lose 50+ pounds
2) discover my passion and pursue it
3) make time for friends


My Program:
I want to follow a sensible diet and exercise plan that I can do for life. In otherwords, I want to create by doing small incremental steps, a life style change. I'm beginning by creating a comprehensive plan on Spark People.

Personal Information:
I'm a proud mother of two who has over the years lost herself in being a wife and mother. I want to continue to do those things, but add to it time for myself (to take care of me, explore my interests, and take time for friends). In order to do this, I need to learn to take time out for me. By doing this, I believe I can become the best woman, wife and mother, I can be.

Other Information:
I love the outdoors, traveling, reading, good food, and enjoying the company of friends.
