Looking for the old me

My name is Kim and I am almost 30 years old. I've been 6 ft tall since I was 12 years old, back then that meant I was a skinny beanpole who modeled throughout high school. I was lucky enough to keep that frame throughout college (no freshman 15 for me). Somehow in the years following college I let myself fall apart, gaining about 100 pounds over the past few years. I've never stressed too much about it, using my height as an excuse since that tends to mask the extra pounds.

Right now Im at a place in my life where I know that I shouldnt use this as the excuse. While I might not hate the way I look right now, I know that I should be better, for my health and my wardrobe!

Hi, I just wanted to stop in and say hello. I help run the Tall Chicks Team. We are doing a "Get Moving" type thing, and it might just be right up your alley. We are taking ideas off the BLC (Biggest Loser Challenge) and trying to help out our tall chicks friends. We post Gym Strength Training exercises, ideas, and just in genearl encourage and motivate the best we can with love and support.
