Good luck on your marathon! I'm sure you will enjoy the cooler weather there during your run. (My DH's family lives down in AZ so I follow your weather. Right now I'm extremely jealous of it. We are having a horribly cold summer and soon fall will be here- sans summer!

Wow, thanks for friending me! You're my first friend; I haven't figured out until now how to do it. I too have no problem staying active, but it's hardest to stay within my set calorie range. I wish you the best of luck-- stay strong, stay sexy!
