My Goals:
Weight: 154 lbs = healthy BMI of 24.9 Final goal weight: 135 Finish a 5K (done! July 2010) Finish a 10K Run a 5K (outside) in 30 minutes Complete a bike race (at least 30 miles)
My Program:
One a good day, I eat around 1500-1600 calories. I love oatmeal, cereal, egg whites, grilled chicken, tilapia, green beans, brocolli, carrots, yogurt, berries, bars (Larabars, Cascadian Farms, Kashi, and Clif are my faves), nuts & seeds (almonds, walnuts, pecans, peanuts, sunflower seeds), and dried cherries. Oh, and I could not live without Amy's brand frozen pizzas, spinach & feta pockets, and cheddar cheese burritos. Exercise: I work out 5 days a week. One of those days my workout is a 30 minute spinning class. The other four days I do a mix of lifting (approx. 30-40 min 3 times a week) and running (1.5-3 miles 2-3 times a week). I am also doing the 200 sit-ups and 100 push-ups challenge (see my blog).
