My Goals:
I will be strong and fit enough to say YES to any physical activity I'm asked to participate in. Biking to MIL's house 50 miles away - YES! Running sprints with my soccer daughter- YES! Kayaking up the river to the next town - YES! Carrying 35 lbs of cat litter into the house - YES!

I will say NO only if I want to, not because I'm unable.

My Program:
Eat food for fuel. Expand my repertoire of healthy foods.

Exercise daily and vary activities - HIIT, running, walking, weights, kayaking, elliptical, yoga, pilates, WATP. I'm taking suggestions!

Make time for relaxation. Get 7-8 hours of sleep. Read something for fun every day.

Personal Information:
Live in NE Wisconsin which means cold winters and hot summers.

Married 25 years in 2013, and have two grown children.

Love to be active. Becoming more diligent about food choices so the 50s flabbies don't set in.

I was thinking it might be soccer---I was bummed that I missed watching the game---I miss my sons playing in soccer---and occasionally will watch it on TV---could not go to a real game as I might just have to strangle someone who had an airhorn near me---LOL
