ULTIMATE GOALS.

133 lbs!

Create a healthy lifestyle for me and my family.

Participate outdoors with my family this summer 08'.

My Program:
Stay within calorie range.
More fiber, fruit, veggies.
More water.
Exercise 3 times per week.

Problem: I often don't eat enough or enough of the 'right' things soooo...

Guidelines:
1. Eat When I'm Hungry.
2. Eat Whatever I Want.
3. Eat Consciously.
4. Stop When I'm Full.

I like your idea of having a goal and a reward plus writing down so you see it all the time. I like to set goals but have a hard time accomplishing the goal. I always get sidetracked or lose interest. I can set daily and weekly goals and finish those just fine. It's the long term goals that I seem to have a hard time with. I guess I live in the here and now and have a hard time looking to the future. Any ideas how I can get past that?
Just curious-where do you live? Oh thanks for the comment. Your suggestion about the water sensations was good, but one thing, does it have imitation sugar, like aspertame, in it? Most of those flavorings have that in it and it gives me migraines. I guess I could try your idea of only using half.
