    TY SO MUCH !! yes,, slow and steady,, I DID at one point reach my almost goal of 150,, I was at 171,, PANICED BIG TIME ! 2 reasons,, I was moving from my home state,,, Maine,, on the harbor,, to an UNKNOWN State of CO. though it did turn out I LOVE CO and the moutains,, their food choices are quite different. Ihad setteld in a spanish area,,,, that food was strange and unknown to me,, but I learned a lot of it,, YUMMY !! it was also SURROUNDED by a zillion fast food places,,, the typical ones,,, though they are NOT spanish foods,,, and I LOVED IT !! Where i am now,,, we only have 4 fast foods,,,, and they are kinda NASTY ! I learned I ADORE Sonics ! LOL how BAD !! MY Son In Law,,, wanted to go nighty,, at first so did I !!! Than I saw my weight up to almost 200,, and STOPPED,,,, going nightly,, but, than I got depressed,,, not from being far from home,, but, I was stupdly living with my family,,, something I NEVER WILL DO AGAIn,, though they wanted me to during my old age,, yeah, so they could rip off my CASH ! bank accounts, and RUN UP my credit cards. SHEESHE LOUISE !!!

    So I went back up to 223. I am now over a yr latr,,, struggling as you saw,, but slowly I go back and forth,,, but mostly forth,, lb by lb. I am now hitting my MOJO once again,, though I am in a cast,, have been for 4 months,, hoping it comes OFF on Weds ! WOOHOOO and hoping I can restart swimming/yoga soon.

    It is a perfect autumn day here. Rainy and cool. Great day to read,
    work on the computer or just take a nap while my DH watches football on the tv. No guilt about not being outside walking, Later I'll hop on my stationery bike. Enjoy your day!

    Thanks so much for the spark goodie and the helpful advice about my foot - what you have been through sounds tough. I broke my left food last winter and it was horrible - thankfully no surgery but I'm very careful. I just did some low impact workouts
