A New Me

I started losing weight in November 2005 at a whopping 320 pounds. I was still an active person but just felt horrible emotionally. Now that I have lost so much weight (still working on getting to goal), I didn't realize how TIRED I was all the time. I have so much more energy now! The little things really add up... being able to sit in a movie theatre seat without the sides of the chairs hurting me, riding in a roller coaster, crossing my legs... there are just too many to name. Thanks for commenting on my "pole fitness" blog. The groupon should come around again! I've seen it on three separate occaisions so far. & they do more than just pole classes, they also have a pilates teaze & ballet, video vixen, zumba, and floor and chair dance. I'll be doing the pilates class tomorrow, so I'll let you know how that goes.

Just found you on one of the okc forums and I wanted to say you are an inspiration. I started at 300 and my goal is 150. I dont even say my goal out loud cause part of me doesnt think its possible. So far down 84 pounds! Thanks for the inspiration!
