My Program:
I am working out with a trainer for 30 minutes twice a week. I do cardio 7 days a week and weights 1 day in addition to my days with my trainer. I keep track of my food on sparkpeople to keep my calories in the correct range.

Hello!

I am so glad you have joined the book club February challenge! I am sending out a friendly reminder to those who have signed up to record their points for days 1-3. Each category is worth 5pts if completed for a maximum of 25pts each day! It is important to record your points so that I can tally up and hand out goodies at the end of each week accordingly!
