Safe, steady, and simple.

My name is Katie Beth. I am almost 22 years old, am 5'2", and currently weigh 136 pounds. Having recovered from a horrific eating disorder in my later teen years, it has been very difficult for me to throw those unhealthy habits away, and lose weight the safe way, but SparkPeople has been helping me tremendously! My biggest downfall is drinking a little too much. It definitely hinders my weight loss, but at this age, it's hard to avoid. I'll get my act together eventually though! I just have to really try!

Eating the right number of calories is hard. It takes a lot of practice. There are some days when I fall short of my goal and I frantically start looking around for something to boost up my count. (Thank goodness for the frozen yogurt place down the street!)

Don't worry, You'll get the hang of it!
