Don't wish for it; work for it!

I am a 32 year old mom and wife. DS is a very active, energetic 2.5 year old and DH and I have been married 6 years. It has been a bumpy road for most of those 6 years due to many outside stressors. I've completely let myself go. I eat WAY TOO MUCH fast food; I drink too much, and I just plain don't take care of myself. It has gotten way out of hand and I really need to get my sh%* together!

My ultimate goal is to become healthier & happier.
In order to get there, I am going to:
*workout at least 3x/week
*begin replacing the junk I eat with healthier alternatives
*stop drinking so much soda and beer

I am a 32 year old from St. Louis, MO. I've been married 6 years and have a 2.5 year old son.
I have been an athlete all my life, but the active side of me is dwindling as I get older and I'm trying to stop that from happening.

Thanks for the blog comment. I knew I wasn't the only one going through this. I'm the same I thrive in structure and weekends just don't offer that. After my crazy reality check I cleaned out my pantry and next is my fridge. I also spent time cleaning my closet to pass the time and not think of eating. We should check in before and after weekends to have a plan of attack. emoticon
