Hi Friend, Checking back on you to see how you are doing and I hope you are signing in every single day. I'm doing great and now that it has warmed up, I am going to get outside and ride my bike more and go to the beach. Adam has graduation. Maggie leaves for SPAIN the day school gets out, so we are busy, but I'm staying on track. DON'T QUIT. You can do this!!! I'm still reading "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. who I found on www.youtube.com talking about emotional eating and how to avoid doing it. 2971 days ago
Hi Karen, thanks for the encouraging comment. I feel so much better today. My husband got the stitches out of his face today and he is having surgery to repair his broken leg this Thursday. I will go to our gym at work today and spend at least 20 minutes on the treadmill there and also use one of my breaks at work to walk around the grounds. I also am a student at the age of 44. I just finished my Freshman year at college and am now a Sophomore. It is never to late. 3029 days ago
Hi Karen, thanks for the comment. I wish you all the success in your weight loss journey. I know it is hard but you can do it. Keep going on that treadmill and put all that home equipment to work. You know you need to get that cardio in. 3041 days ago
Will I had to stop by and say HELLO so I saved that DUCK of yours! Oh, Keith Urban is fine, but my real love is RUSSELL CROWE. Oh, that sexy, adorable man!! Bless his heart. You can do this as we are all here to help you!
I so hoping you would surface somewhere. I posted to your daughter last week too and then did a search for you and you wouldn't come up for some reason. I have found out that there is a Spark kids and that is where your lovely daughter should be. Their bodies are still forming so they have entirely different calorie requirements than we do. I didn't know Sparkkids even existed until a post asked about a 17 yr. old being on her team and found out no one younger than 18 should be on this one. It's easier for kids to relate to others that age too. And if anything is being said or done that isn't right, the kids can report it. We can too for that matter. Also the managers of SK try and keep a very close eye on what is going on so as to keep our kids safe and healthy. SP for us, doesn't have quite the strict guidelines and with there being people out there that take advantage of our children, we all want to watch over them carefully. I sure would like to hear back from her too. You should be very proud of her, I know I am. It's not everyones daughter that loves her "Mum" and askes others to give her support too. I have a grandaughter that will be 11 this month. I see you found the Aussie team, isn't there another one as well? I may be wrong. Thank you for visiting and posting and keep in touch. 3056 days ago
