Time For a Change
If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep getting what you've always gotten. Consistently, year to year, I have made resolutions to be more active, get my health under control, and consistently that's lasted about a month. The one thing I've never truly done, and I know this in my heart of hearts, is I've never truly committed to my goals, or asked for any kind of community support. So here I am, here are my goals, and here we go!

My Goals:
Never see the other side of 200lbs. Live a healthy life, despite less-than-perfect eating habits.
My Program:
I'm exercising (strength and cardio) 6 days a week, cycling through upper, lower, core. Resting on Sunday. I'm also tracking my nutrition and trying to keep as many numbers within the healthy ranges.
Personal Information:
I'm 23 and I work constantly without getting paid. Most of my work centers around live theatre, the crux of which is that I'm trying to create my own theatre company.
