My Goals:
15lbs to lose this summer

Finish the Des Moines
Marathon in Oct. '11

Find a 1/2 Marathon and
complete

Run 3-4 times/week

Stop my night time snacking

Be at 135 lbs by July in time for my roomate's from college wedding

My Program:
Currently in training
for a half and full marathons. I plan on
being very active with
my daughter this summer with biking, swimming and running. I'm also using
the spark people food
tracker to keep track
of my calories!

Thanks for the encouragement and right back at ya! I saw that you plan on competing in full and half marathons! That's awesome! Hopefully I'll be able to get to that level eventually. I feel like I could walk a half marathon but I really struggle with running. Good luck on all of your endeavors! :)

did you weigh in this morning? I did! Also.. after lots of internal arguments, I finally went for a short 3 mile run. It was wonderful! although, I do think I need to get another inhaler.
