My Loss is My Gain!

My name is Katie. I live in Texas, I am married to my best friend/the love of my life JR & we have a son, Tripp, who just turned 2 years old. I just graduated from my Medical Assistant Program, & hope to soon find a job. While I was pregnant I gained 80lbs & I have struggled with getting the weight off for a little over two years. I have found a love for SPIN, but because of money & time I haven't been able to go since Jan '10. I hope to soon be able to start going at least once a week. ...
My name is Katie. I live in Texas, I am married to my best friend/the love of my life JR & we have a son, Tripp, who just turned 2 years old. I just graduated from my Medical Assistant Program, & hope to soon find a job. While I was pregnant I gained 80lbs & I have struggled with getting the weight off for a little over two years. I have found a love for SPIN, but because of money & time I haven't been able to go since Jan '10. I hope to soon be able to start going at least once a week.

My long term goal is to lose about 65lbs.

My current activities include playing softball once a week...my work outs have kinda disappeared. But I soon hope to start walking every morning, and slowly start back to spinning.

I recently started Weight Watchers, Monday January 3rd 2011. I wanted to start the year off right with something new. I needed something that would work for me...I am able to eat what I want but I have to count my points which helps me stay away from things I shouldn't be eating.

I am looking for people to help motivate me! I need all the help I can get at this point.

Hey a 7 pound lose thats great! How do you like weight watchers? Thats good thats you are back on it! i had a bit of a slip over the holidays and i am starting back up again. Its hard at first after not doing to for awhile but it gets easier! I found a weight watchers group for ya if you still have not found one.

What are you waiting for????You can start making small changes this week! If you are starting next monday take this week to plan and be prepared for the week ahead :) You can do it and you always have to start somewhere. Starting is the hardest part!
