My goal is to lose 17 pounds and get stronger. I have made it a habit to be very lazy unless I am working on my house or yard. I am a lifetime member of WW and managed to regain all the weight I had lost and more. Five years ago I lost 32 pounds of the weight I had regained, but got off the program and couldn't stay consistent on it to lose more.
Following SP nutrition program eating whole foods as much as possible. Walking, stair climbing and moving around as much as I can.
I have lived in Oklahoma most of my life and according to an article I read, I live in the most unhealthy County in one of the top 5 unhealthy States! I love to work in my yard and garden, read, cook and play with my grandchildren.
I like to watch movies that make me laugh and I am currently hooked on Duck Dynasty and Castle. I work 60 hours a week and value my time with family.
