Trying to Stay Focused!
Hey everyone, I have been MIA on here for a long time. A friend asked me to come back to support her, so of course I am here. I have a hard time staying on track. My issues are not overeating, or eating unhealthy foods (every now and then I have chocolate hahaha). I have a hard time eating 3 meals a day, I tend to skip meals simply because I am not hungry. I know that its important to maintain a certain amount of calories each day, but I am constantly falling short. My goal is not so much how ...

My issues are not overeating, or eating unhealthy foods (every now and then I have chocolate hahaha). I have a hard time eating 3 meals a day, I tend to skip meals simply because I am not hungry. I know that its important to maintain a certain amount of calories each day, but I am constantly falling short. My goal is not so much how many pounds I want to lose, but what the number is on my pair of jeans. I would like to be a 16, right now I am a 22!

My Goals:
I don't have a set amount I want to lose. I want to be comfortable in a size 16. I am now a size 22!
My Program:
My plan is to eat more veggies, drink more water, reduce my sugar and salt intake and the hardest of all, Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day (healthy ones of course)!
Other Information:
I LOVE scrapbooking and other crafts! I love meeting new people, hanging out with my son! When I get the chance to read books for pleasure, my FAVORITE author is James Patterson!
