YOU ARE THIS STRONG!!

"You are this strong" is my new mantra. Thank you to Kelsey for using it in her yoga classes.

I may not feel like I can do this, but I can! Even if I only get half the workout done at the beginning, it is that much more than what I used to do. I will soon be able to do the whole workout. My negative self-image made me think I was weak. But I am not. Others see my strength and now I am starting to as well.

So, I AM going to lose this weight and get in shape! I have to ...

My Goals:
My biggest goal is to get healthy. I had lost 62 lbs and then gained back 30 of those. Ugh! So I am slowly making lifestyle changes so they stick. The biggest part of this is to turn around my diabetes. Exercise and healthy eating are the key. No more excuses to not exercise.

My Program:
Couch to 5k... and I'm terrified! But what better than a challenge to overcome a fear. It's silly to be afraid of running!

Other Information:
Small goals:
1. 211 - Get to pre-pregnancy weight for my last child.
2. 199 - Break the 200 mark.
3. 189 - Get to pre-pregnancy weight for my first child.
4. 177 - Get to lowest weight in the last 5 years.
5. 170 - By Feb 12th.
6. 165 - By March 17th.
7. 155 - Get back to college weight.
8. 145 - Get slim & fit.
9. 140 - Ultimate goal

Checking in - how are you feeling?

I weighed today - so far I've lost 11 lbs - not too shabby!

My goal is to lose 5 more by September 18th.

Crossing my fingers.

Checking in - I know we're busy - but hopefully not too busy that we're not keeping to the goal and plan.

It's been difficult the past 2 days but I'm pushing through!

How's it going? Just checking in - checking your spark - lending mine if you need it. We're doing this - that's pretty empowering isn't it?

Want to do a week co-challenge? Atleast 10 minutes a day focused on true exercise? See if we can push it to a 100 minute total between Monday and Saturday - we'll check in daily?

Thanks SABRINASARAH! It is going pretty well. I did 3 days last week with a day on the bike. This week I have done 3 days and plan on tonight and tomorrow, so I will reach my minutes this week. It is hard, but I feel like I accomplished something when I am done. I am not giving myself a hard time about having to make adaptations, just proud I am moving!! (And not dying! Lol!)
