My Goals:
To lose atleast 50 pounds, weigh 200 now. And just to also have more energy and to be in better shape than i am now.
My Program:
Im just kinda winging it through sparks, staying under or inrange of the calories, fat, carbs and protein. and excercising, this site is very helpful!!!
Personal Information:
Im a married mother of 2 5 yr old girl, 4yr old boy. I work second shift while the hubby works days, altho my girl is in school so I dont see her till weekends :(. Do warehouse work and boy it gets really hot in the summer months :S.
Other Information:
Im 34 going on 15 somedays and other day 80. I think i have an open mind. And my family (snake included are the most important ppl in my life)
