im sorry it took me so long to reply .... im sorry you are not doing too well... i recently had blood tests done and they showed that i am most likely anemiac. all i knw is from that i feel sooooo wiped out and tired alllll the time.... o well.... i hope you can do lots better!! for your own sake and if you can't make it you can always quit the chalenge :) ttyl

hey thanks for the support it really means alot but yeah it probably is water weight right now. its a good start for me an in the past would have made it to the first week and stopped so this is a accomplishment. but stay focused and keep up the good work emoticon
