My health is at risk now and can no longer be ignored. My weight has been an issue all my life. I am tired of being tired all the time and my body aching like I am 80 years old! I want a life.....one where I can get on my horse by myself and put on a bathing suit to go to the lake if I want to! I do not think this is to much to ask of myself......I obvious cannot do this alone otherwise I would have gotten thin a long time ago and I never would have put myself thru the torture and hell I have lived since I was in grade school! Looking forward to what Sparkpeople have to offer, lets see if this one works!

My Goals:
My goals consist of accessing this website daily to help me stay motivated and focused. To lose enough weight to get off the Insulin shots and to be strong enough to get myself on my horse w/o my hubby pushing on my fat butt to help me get in my saddle.


My Program:
My program will consist of staying in my calorie range each day.

Weigh myself weekly.

Reward myself for reaching certain goals:
245 lbs - movie w/ Val
240 lbs - new cd / dvd
235 lbs - new earings
230 lbs - date w/honey
225 lbs - mineral bath
220 lbs - massage
215 lbs - new shoes
210 lbs - new outfit
205 lbs - date w/honey
200 lbs - PARTY w/ family and friends!!

My name is Kay and I live in the middle of Illinois. My Husband and I Co-Founded a Therapeutic Riding Center for children with disabilities, and it happily consumes my life.


Other Information:
I love my family and my friends. I live by the old thought that life is short and events happen quickly, tell people you love that you love them, hug a lot, and smile at everyone even if it is not noticed or recipricated. Enjoy your life!
