I am starting out at 269 pounds and hope to lose 100 pounds. This is a huge progress I know. And I know Rome wasn't built in a day. It's taken me years to put this weight on so it will take forever to take it off. But I am hoping to accomplish it. Day by day. Not only for my husband and son. But mostly for myself. For my self esteem.. For my ego.. For my health.
