My Goals:
To become more healthy, both in body and mind.

My Program:
I am changing my eating habits--eating more vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean protein. I've also added a multi-vitamin to my diet. Finally, I'm drinking more water and green tea. In addition to diet changes, I am becoming more physically active--especially with yoga, as it helps me to center both body and mind.

Personal Information:
I'm a Louisville, Kentucky native, but I'm currently living in Terre Haute, IN working on my Master's degree.

My goals doing okay,this is my first night just doing strength training and no cardio .I feel rather guilty but I have been going stead since 7am or so.How are you goals coming along?

Thanks for your comment. I found that article very interesting and I am glad to know that I probably am not as overweight as the BMI indicates. I would love to find some better ways to gauge my overall fitness.
