I am a wife, and a mom. I need to get my health in check not only for me, but for my husband and my kids. I would love to lose the weight I gained from having children. I would like to be at the ideal weight for my height, and feel comfortable in my own body. I cannot expect the weight to come off on its own because that isn't going to happen.

I have been on the heavy side for who knows how long, Now it is time for me to get the motivation I need, and kick this weight to the curb.

I would love to start running more, lose the 50 pounds to get healthy, get motivated, and to be healthier for my children.

~Took kickboxing class at the local gym ~Treadmill

~Biggest Loser Last Chance workout DVD.
