In Feb 2005, after joining weight watchers, I successfully lost 27 pounds by June. At 36, after having gained the weight back plus a little more, I am once again ready to make a lifestyle change and this time I WILL maintain.

Sometimes I do and say such silly things!!! I tell my husband his life would be boring without me because I make him laugh. Laughing is the best medicine sometimes. I really enjoyed this goodie, have a great day today.
