Getting on the road to a fitter and healthier me. Since having my kids, my life has been out of balance and as a working mom, time for myself usually comes last. My goal for this next year is to take time to focus on losing weight and getting fit and healthy.

To keep me motivated over the long term, I am trying to set a series of short term goals.
Goal #1: Lose 10 pounds

My Program:
For now:
-run or walk at least 5 days a week.
-find a gym for the colder months
-lower calorie diet
