My Goals:
I want to get to a healthy weight.
To choreograph some exercise routines set to praise and worship music and to be able to share that with ladies in our church and community.

My Program:
The old fashioned way...counting calories and exercise! (sigh)
No, really it's been at a very nice pace.
My new favorite exercise is Jazzercise! Also, I've been asked to lead an exercise class at our church.

Awesome on becoming ReFit Certified!! That is one of my goals for 2015. Just wish they would coming closer to Connecticut. I do know of one person certified in the state. But she is too far for me to drive too in order to take class.
I'm sure once you get your classes up and going, you'll turn more people onto ReFit and they will want to be certified too!!

lol Loved your comment. :D Most definitely all in good fun! As long as people are keeping it light then go ahead and smack talk. It makes the competition part fun. :D

My day has started out well. I'm about to start working out a bit. We'll see how it works as the twins all want my attention this morning.

Working out to music is a great way to exercise! I have been watching a movie while stepping. It has made it quite enjoyable. I need to find something new to watch today. :)

Water was something I really struggled with before. For some reason, something has just clicked this time and I am drinking more than 8 cups. Hopefully it will click for you soon and you'll discover you're drinking 8+. :)

So far things have been going pretty well for me. My muscles are aching which is great because I am actually making them work them rather than sitting on my couch with the laptop. :) I may be sore but I am definitely feeling better. Obviously I am eating what my body needs for once rather than all the cookies and chocolates that I loved so much.
