My Goals:
I want to get to a healthy weight.
To choreograph some exercise routines set to praise and worship music and to be able to share that with ladies in our church and community.


My Program:
The old fashioned way...counting calories and exercise! (sigh)
No, really it's been at a very nice pace.
My new favorite exercise is Jazzercise! Also, I've been asked to lead an exercise class at our church.

Personal Information:
Transplant to the Huntsville area from middle TN. Married 31 years to my best friend and sweetheart. Three grown children: one daughter and twin sons.

Other Information:
We've been in the Huntsville, AL area since 2005. I am a volunteer with Friends, Inc., active in Huntsville First Nazarene choir, and I am in a book club. I also travel up to TN at least once a week to visit/help my dad and sister.

lol Loved your comment. :D Most definitely all in good fun! As long as people are keeping it light then go ahead and smack talk. It makes the competition part fun. :D

My day has started out well. I'm about to start working out a bit. We'll see how it works as the twins all want my attention this morning.

Working out to music is a great way to exercise! I have been watching a movie while stepping. It has made it quite enjoyable. I need to find something new to watch today. :)

Water was something I really struggled with before. For some reason, something has just clicked this time and I am drinking more than 8 cups. Hopefully it will click for you soon and you'll discover you're drinking 8+. :)

So far things have been going pretty well for me. My muscles are aching which is great because I am actually making them work them rather than sitting on my couch with the laptop. :) I may be sore but I am definitely feeling better. Obviously I am eating what my body needs for once rather than all the cookies and chocolates that I loved so much.
