We Can Do This!

Ok. I'm going to make my goal weight this year and make this thing a healthy lifestyle and not only a number in the scale. I can do this and you can too. Make a plan and let's put it in motion. Mine entails better portion control, exercise 3-4 times a week (minimally) and good clean eating. Oh! And getting some rest! Oh! And staying focused in spite of life distractions! Oh! And knowing I have the ability to do this. On my way!!!!! Come join me!
