Follow-up on last weeks goals: My goal was to exercise 3 times last week. I managed to exercise 2 times, so I did not meet my goal. I am happy for the 2 times, since I am starting back with my exercise.
My goal this week is to exercise at least 3 times for 45 minutes a session. I'm on my way, as I did an hour walk/jog today (Sunday). Generally speaking, Sunday will not be a usual day for exercise, but I just felt like getting outside today.
So, one day down, already! Oh! I will increase my water intake this week, and I challenge my SparkFriends to do the same, if that is something you need too!
