My best tip for working out that helps me is to get a wall calendar to track what days I exercise and what I do. I've found that seeing it that way helps motivate me to put more work out days in the week as well as to switch it up. I love doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred a couple times a week--it's a killer!

Thanks for the encouragement. It's tough but SP has really made a difference. I usually give up after a week or so of dieting than go back to eating the wrong things, I actually look forward to logging on especially during the weak moments!
