What i used to look like 25pounds ago and what i need to look like!!!

i wanna lose 20 pounds......

This is what my image looks like on the comp even though i think shes fatter than me sometimes we dont see what we really look like!!! i have alot of work

    Sure I can be your SparkBuddy! The good thing for you is that I've been losing weight s-u-p-e-r slowly lately, so you'll be really successful by comparison!

    My best tip for working out that helps me is to get a wall calendar to track what days I exercise and what I do. I've found that seeing it that way helps motivate me to put more work out days in the week as well as to switch it up. I love doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred a couple times a week--it's a killer!

    Thanks for the encouragement. It's tough but SP has really made a difference. I usually give up after a week or so of dieting than go back to eating the wrong things, I actually look forward to logging on especially during the weak moments!
