What a wonderful site !!
Well here we go again......can I do it? who knows, so will welcome any hints, tips or "tricks"

Fitness Minutes: 530

My Goals:
My goal is certainly to bring that number down on the scales. By doing so I can automatically achieve more goals like stopping blood pressure medication and being able to wear some of those smaller clothes that are gathering dust (or moths) in my wardrobe.


My Program:
I installed a gym in my home a few months ago and have started to use it at least 4 times a week.

I do 20 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the bike, 10 minutes of weights and 10 minutes on the massage machine. The stepper and rowing machine are not my favourites but are there for when I tire of the others.

Regarding my food, well I am somewhat addicted to carbs and sugar so I am trying to be mindful of this.

Water is my biggest problem, I just dont like it but have started to add low cal cordial to it.



Personal Information:
I am a retired Rehab. Counsellor and am enjoying my retirement on the Mid North Coast of NSW. A spot where the sun always shines, where the birds always sing and where the waves just keep rolling along.
My children and grandchildren are not close but being a bit selfish in my "sunset" years I dont really mind (lol).
Having travelled the world extensively I am now trying to drop anchor and concentrate on the bulges. Phew what a job!!

I love my church family, home gym, reading, politics, writing, and generally being lazy. No I dont like gardening but I love a beautiful garden. I guess my true hobby is just being still, listening to my heart and doing whatever it directs me to do.

Yes, I love life with a passion, if only God could tack on a few years for good behaviour (lol)



Other Information:
Im very outgoing, chatty and quite a sticky beak. I like to think that being a sticky beak is the sign of an intelligent enquiring mind, hmmm my children dont think so.

    Hi. I thought I'd stop by and see you. I was looking at some old spark mail and ran across yours to me. I am living in Washington (the state not DC) now and loving it. I am near my 5 children and 7 grandchildren. What an adventure this is. My weight spiraled out of control but I am now on the mend. I started high protein low carbs 11 days ago and plan to do this 30 days.
