My Goals:
My 5 year anniversary is coming up in 2 months. I want to look amazing (and feel amazing) in a bikini by then. I also want to regain the muscle tone I've lost since being pregnant.
I've signed up for a 5K on August 21. I'd like to be able to run the whole race.

My Program:
Watch what I eat.
Do something active everyday.
Run 3 times a week.
Do strength training twice a week.
Do yoga twice a week,
Make healthiness a habit.
Drink 64 oz of water everyday.
Eat more fruits, veggies and whole grains.


Personal Information:
Living in Southern Utah.
Married to a crazy man.
Mom to the most beautiful little girl.

Other Information:
I really enjoy being outdoors- mountain biking, hiking, camping, golf, kayaking, snowboarding, etc. I enjoy yoga at home.
I'm passionate about music, painting, cooking and living green.
