Progress not perfection

I have been struggling with my weight since I was a freshmen in high school when I weighed 110 pounds. I thought I was fat and out of shape back then...oh my has my view changed since then. I could slap that girl right now. LOL

I am 32. I am happily married with a child. I currently weigh 200+ pounds, which I am not too proud to say. My goal weight is 105 pounds. I know it may sound like a lot, but I am willing to go through any length to do it.

Since I've been on a particular medication I have gained 90+ pounds. Yikes! So before I do anymore damage I want to stop the scale from going up and have it drop at a steady normal/healthy way.

So why do I want to lose this weight? I want to be healthy and confident within my skin. I hate being obese and this time I'm actually doing something about it.

For the majority of my childhood I was taught to not be fat. My parents and relatives would make fun of fat people and would poke fun at me for gaining weight. Needless to say I don't keep in touch with the majority of my relatives because I am overweight. It's embarrassing. I lost myself and realized that I wasn't happy with my weight. You can say, I am fed up with being fat! So here's to another round of struggles, success, and devotion. Thanks for reading.
