Hi, Kate here. Twenty-six year old teacher spinning out of control. I am very athletic but have managed to make enough poor decisions to pack on 30 pounds over the last year. Currently working with a trainer twice a week and kickboxing once or twice, but it leaves me so hungry! HELP!
