I'd like to lose about 25 pounds. I know the weight range for my height says 165 is my limit - I am pretty muscular and solid and am happy with my figure at about 170. If I get down to 165, hey, I won't complain but my initial goal is to get to 170.
I am doing my own program. I have been fit in the past so I can't use the excuse that I don't know what to do. I am trying to maintain my calories to between 1200-1400 per day and get in an hours worth of strength/cardio work in at least 5 times a week.
