Hi Kate
Welcome to SP, I have been here for just over 2 wks and have had a good start. My program has included finding a good breakfast which is easy to make & on hand, then lunch can be a sandwich and I check my remaining calories before deciding whether I can afford to step out a bit for supper.
Good luck with finding yr own routine and share any problems as we all learn from one another.
