My Goals:
I wiegh 127 and want to get back down to 105 by the first of August. I quit smoking 2 years ago.

My Program:
I do 55 min. of cardio. 10 min. strength training, streching/yoga 15 min. before and after workout.






Other Information:
I love gardening, cooking, fishing, and Big 12 Football.
