Hi, I'm Katy. I am 23 years old, and I have been struggling with weight for about 6 years. After I had my daughter a year and a half ago, I have had trouble losing any weight. But in order for me to try for another child, I want to lose at LEAST 50 lbs, because I don't want to tack anymore weight on. I hope I am able to reach this goal for my family!

Hi Katy! Wecome to spark people. There is so much stuff on here that's going to change your life. Are you ready for it :-)

One thing I would reccomment is to track your foods and calories in a journal or on line on this web site. It's crucial to keep to a certain number of calories a day and then you'll start to see the difference. You can do this.

Hi Katy! Yes, it's tough with the kiddos but I finally figured that the kiddos are ALWAYS going to be around :) Let me know if you find any kind of kid friendly exercise! I try to do floor stuff but then it becomes a pig-pile on mommy :) which is fun but not always productive.
