One thing I would reccomment is to track your foods and calories in a journal or on line on this web site. It's crucial to keep to a certain number of calories a day and then you'll start to see the difference. You can do this.
Hi Katy! Yes, it's tough with the kiddos but I finally figured that the kiddos are ALWAYS going to be around :) Let me know if you find any kind of kid friendly exercise! I try to do floor stuff but then it becomes a pig-pile on mommy :) which is fun but not always productive.
