Hi, I'm Katy!

My Summer Goals:

1) Running Goal : Train for and run the Frankenfooter Living Dead Challenge. (half marathon + 5k)

2) Other Exercise Goals : Add Physique 57 and Yoga in as much as possible.

3) Fun Goal: Go on lots of fun dates with Ryan such as indoor rock climbing, the aquarium, etc.

4) Current Weight Watchers Goal : Bring weight down to 170.

I find it hard at times to find motivation to do much of anything. I have so much on my plate with my newborn, new found unemployment, and my impending return to college quickly approaching. I am just trying to take it a day at a time and remind myself to just keep breathing. Exercise is tough but always worth it. I just feel sexier when i am in better shape. It might just be me. I feel empowered and unstoppable after running on my treadmill while listening to Pittbull. I hope you have a great day and just keep in mind how each day you are closer to your goal than you were before as long as you keep active. I wish you all the best!!

Hey girl, you totally rock and I know you will find that motivation today. I am gonna try to do my week 4 day 2 of 5k training, which is 25 minutes on the treadmill, doing intervals of 2 minutes walking and 3 minutes running!!! I am proud to say that after almost 2 months of not doing the training I was still able to maintain 6mph when I ran for 3 minutes, when I started the training I could barely do a minute at 5mph. SO maybe my success will motivate you!! I am still 189lbs of woman but I am getting my self on that treadmill today and completing my training for the day!!! Happy motivation!!!!
