How many times have I started to eat right? I can't even count. So after so many times, I think I have figured out why I am having such a difficult time. When I was going through menopause, I was very tired. I could nap three times a day and then go to sleep at my regular time and sleep through the night. I didn't get involved in too much then, and now I am stuck in that rut. Now, winter is coming on. So, now I will begin again. Wish me luck.
