I want to, for my own personal health and happiness, get down to 130lbs minimum. After I get to that point, I'll try to get that last few pounds off to return to my college weight of 125lbs.
I plan to resume my yoga program as well as hit the gym a couple times a week. Likewise, I'll try to keep a log of my food intake so I can see what I need to change before it adds pounds back on. "A moment on the lips, forever on the hips."

You can always withdraw from the team if you find it really doesn't interest you. It can take a little bit of time to get used to the website, don't give up. I also suggest under the Message Boards tab, you check out Sparkpeople Café and the Sparkpeople game room. There are a lot of fun running posts on these message boards. Be kind to yourself. Take it one day at a time. Expect set backs and just ride them out. You can do this . Good luck on your journey.
