My Goals:
I want to, for my own personal health and happiness, get down to 130lbs minimum. After I get to that point, I'll try to get that last few pounds off to return to my college weight of 125lbs.

My Program:
I plan to resume my yoga program as well as hit the gym a couple times a week. Likewise, I'll try to keep a log of my food intake so I can see what I need to change before it adds pounds back on. "A moment on the lips, forever on the hips."

Hello and welcome to Sparkpeople. I hope you enjoy this website as much as I do. I would suggest you join a few teams that interest you and check their message boards daily. You can always withdraw from the team if you find it really doesn't interest you. It can take a little bit of time to get used to the website, don't give up.
I also suggest under the Message Boards tab, you check out Sparkpeople Café and the Sparkpeople game room. There are a lot of fun running posts on these message boards.
Be kind to yourself. Take it one day at a time. Expect set backs and just ride them out. You can do this . Good luck on your journey.
