I can relate your struggle to add enough fruits and veggies to your daily food intake. I struggle with it constantly although I am doing better as I practice it. I enjoy veggie stirfrys for lunch or dinner. It is an easy way to get enough veggies. I add tofu to it sometimes to get protein while eating lots of veggies. Keep up the good work. Accountability is great. Keep on blogging. emoticon emoticon
