My Goals:
To get back to eating "healthier" again....protein, good carbs and more fruit and veggies.

Gain some muscle mass

Lose FAT

reduce appetite so I don't overeat

My Program:
Drink a Vi Salus shake every morning and evening. Healthy but satisfying lunch and protein/veggie snacks.

Drink 8 or more actual glasses of WATER

stay under 1500 calories

attempt some physical activity if I have the energy

I am a two's teacher in Chandler, AZ

Mom of three great kids who are 17, 14, and 9

wife of 18 years to Pete

owner of a yellow lab, Doberman, Cane Corso, green iguana, sulcata tortoise and corn snake. :

I LOVE to read, suspense novels especially

I am attending Rio Sadado to finish my AA in Early Childhood while the funding is available thru First Things First. Just finished my Academic Certificate in Early Childhood! Graduating in May 2013 with my AA in Early Learning and Development!

So how did you do? The Girl Scout cookies got the best of me yesterday. I did go to spin class though, not that it makes it OK to devour Girl Scout Cookies. Trying to do my best today. So far, so good. Eating is on plan and I went to the gym. Hopefully I can keep this momentum up. How about you?
