Sorry for the delayed response, I was out of town at a work conference most of theweek. As far as prioritizing this journey, have you tried journalling? I journal 1/2 to 1 page a day, usually reflecting on my goals, the journey, positive changes I have made etc and it helps me keep focused. I also log onto the Spark every day and log fitness and nutrition
