I started exercising right after I left college back in June. You can see SLIGHT progress in my pictures from Graduation, the 4th of July, and Halloween.

Its a slow process with several speed bumps in between but I'm enjoying life.

Try to be as active as I can.

Big CONGRATS on the 5K. I am really going to try to run a mini next year. I should probably find a couple of 5Ks before then. Do you have any tips for me on the whole long distance thing?

I love your spirit. You are definitely doing all the things you should do to lose the weight. If you do have a thyroid issue and your doc prescribes a med for you, the weight will fall right off. The healthy lifestyle is really what matters and from the 5K and stuff, you are really doing well!!!
