Hello! I'm starting a fitness boot camp in my town and got on this website to track my calories. This class is going to kick my butt but I sure hope it does! My overall goal is to lose about 30 lbs and get to a skinny 135, hell, lets make it 130! I obviously know I wont achieve that in 6 weeks but this will be a kick start for myself.

My Goals:
ultimate goal is to lose about 30 lbs and to be able to run around and have fun again, not get winded so quickly

My Program:
I'm doing a Fitness Bootcamp 3 times a week, plus doing one day work out on my own, also have a calorie tracker

Personal Information:
I live in Columbia, Missouri and went to college at Mizzou and am slowly but surely going to make my way back to St. Louis after the summer is over. I work at applebee's (totally not helpful when trying to lose weight) and also work at a substance abuse treatment center for women
