I created my SparkPage almost exactly 2 years ago. At that time I was the heaviest and most disgusted with myself that I have ever been. I worked very hard and after a month of Spark and "New YOU Boot Camp" I had lost 15 solid pounds. Then I lost my drive and stopped using the site.

In the two years since, I have gotten gym memberships, had work out buddies, done the HCG diet twice and failed at every attempt I've made to lose more weight. Everything I lost past that 15 pounds ...

In the two years since, I have gotten gym memberships, had work out buddies, done the HCG diet twice and failed at every attempt I've made to lose more weight. Everything I lost past that 15 pounds came right back because I never adjusted my lifestyle. I don't know how many more times my body could handle yo-yoing the same 10-15 pounds.

The one solid fact that remains true is that I've never gained back those 15 pounds I lost using this site. THIS works for me. And I believe in myself. I believe I can do this the old fashion, tried and true way. It's going to be a lot of work. Hard work. And I will reap the rewards.
