It's Time
So here I am again! I've had the first baby....lost the weight..... got pregnant again..... had another baby (who is almost 2!) so it's time to lose weight again.... well, technically I had lost all the baby weight from the 2nd pregnancy but then I went back to work last year and put on a few pounds.... So it is time for me to get fit again! I'm doing Couch to 5K plus hitting the gym if I can... It's hard to manage it all sometimes... 2 young girls, full time job in corporate America and all ...

So it is time for me to get fit again! I'm doing Couch to 5K plus hitting the gym if I can... It's hard to manage it all sometimes... 2 young girls, full time job in corporate America and all that comes with that... but I must make time to take care of me... I'm a much better mother when I'm healthy!

My Goals:
My goal is to be slimmer and healthier! First goal - July 4th - 8 lbs (Met 8/10/09 - better late than never!) Woohoo - I'm 5% smaller! I'm not going to set dates on my goals... just the pounds I'm trying to lose. Second goal - 15 lbs - Met 09/14/09 Third goal - 20 lbs (also known as pre-pregnancy weight!!!!!)
My Program:
I am eating healthy and exercising... trying to lose weight the good old fashion way! I am working out 3-4 times a week at the gym with my workout buddy taking high impact classes.
Other Information:
We only get this one life... might as well do it right!
