It's Time

So here I am again! I've had the first baby....lost the weight..... got pregnant again..... had another baby (who is almost 2!) so it's time to lose weight again.... well, technically I had lost all the baby weight from the 2nd pregnancy but then I went back to work last year and put on a few pounds.... So it is time for me to get fit again! I'm doing Couch to 5K plus hitting the gym if I can... It's hard to manage it all sometimes... 2 young girls, full time job in corporate America and all ...

I'm a much better mother when I'm healthy!

My Goals:
My goal is to be slimmer and healthier!

First goal - July 4th - 8 lbs (Met 8/10/09 - better late than never!)

Woohoo - I'm 5% smaller!

I'm not going to set dates on my goals... just the pounds I'm trying to lose.

Second goal - 15 lbs - Met 09/14/09

Third goal - 20 lbs (also known as pre-pregnancy weight!!!!!)

My Program:
I am eating healthy and exercising... trying to lose weight the good old fashion way!

I am working out 3-4 times a week at the gym with my workout buddy taking high impact classes.

Other Information:
We only get this one life... might as well do it right!
