My Journey...

I have currently lost 73 lbs on my weight loss journey. I have changed up my fitness significantly, starting with 2-3 days a week of strength training (BodyPump) at the Y, along with Zumba (increasingly more Zumba!! usually 3-4 days a week), some Leslie walks, fewer and fewer water intervals, as well as increasing my intensity. :)

My Goals:
To become a personal training and group fitness instructor, hopefully Zumba and eventually Les Mills BodyPump. :)

Happy Sunday. Hope you're summer is going great. Are you still on track to do all you can today to reach your goals tomorrow? If so, great! If not, what can you change today that will help you feel accomplished? One little thing. Drink more water? Cut out soda? Go for a walk? Small changes add up.
